Booking your stay at AI Suites only takes a few minutes. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant booking confirmation and check-in details by email.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Klarna for flexible payments. Cash payments are not accepted.
If you receive a tax-related document or require an invoice for your stay, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.
At this time, reservations must be completed using a single payment method per booking.
You can update or remove your saved payment methods directly from your account settings before completing a booking.
Booking Questions
Yes. You may request changes to your reservation before it is confirmed, subject to availability and approval.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be subject to charges.
You can view your reservation status anytime through your account dashboard or confirmation email.
All reservation details are sent to your registered email address after booking. You can also access them through your AI Suites account.
Payment is processed immediately once your booking is confirmed.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the host, our team will contact you immediately and help arrange an alternative stay or provide a full refund.
The Resolution Center helps guests and hosts resolve booking-related issues, payment concerns, or special requests quickly and efficiently.
